So much has happened in the last few years, I'm attempting to write it all down but it's not an easy time to recount. I hope to share a lot more in the future but I'll save most of the story for a different post but until that's done I'll keep it brief...
The most difficult part is that my Mom, who has been my best friend & biggest supporter my entire life, passed away December 7th, 2025. Less than 2 weeks earlier I had asked her to move from Southern California to Portland so that she & I could live together and better support one another.
My chronic pain paired with the death of my Mom has left me struggling to bring in enough money consistently so that I can have a more sustainable living situation. I'm also attempting to reorganize & declutter so that I can downsize my storage unit but these are all things that are very hard for me to balance.

This all boils down to where Lucky 13 Lacquer is at now:
- My storefront is currently down and I'm not accepting online orders
- I'm not currently doing Polish Pickup due to the various different ways it's been difficult to work
- I am selling at local markets & street fairs in Portland, Oregon!
- I'm not necessarily posting or updating anywhere like Instagram or a visible Calendar so it's not easy to know where I'll be 🙃
- as of March 18th I'm still searching for & applying for events, nothing scheduled currently
